Suggest Treatment For Overactive Bladder

I am a 45 year old male who was diagnosed with an overactive bladder 9 years ago and put on 5mg Vesicare and 20mg fluoxetine. My symptoms went away for three years so I stopped taking the medications. After a year the symptoms returned and I went back on the medication. As things got better I lowered my dosage of both medications from once a day to three times a week. After four years my symptoms have again returned. I have gone back on both medications full dosage for a month and the symptoms continue. How much longer should I wait before trying something else. The two other times my symptoms eventually went away completely. Thanks.
