Suggest Treatment For Pain After Back Injury
I fell and struck my back on steps 4 days ago My primary doctor (who is a kidney specialist) has ruled out broken ribs or kidney damage. He believes my pain is associated with organ damage (bruising?) in organs below the kidney. My original pain continues. Give me your suggestions, please.

Looking to the history as there is no apparent cause of damage in ribs or kidneys this might be due to spasm of back muscles due to heavy muscle strain.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Take rest.
