Suggest Treatment For Pain After Sex

Well I m a 18 year old guy who happen to have relationship with guys , 2 weeks ago I had gay sex and after few days I stateted feeling pain inside my butt and It got very horrible to the point where I would cry when I ppoop also when I poop there would be something that looks like sperm that comes out and its been two weeks now the pain is not as much anymore but it still hurts I don t want to talk to a doctor because im very shy and I need help

With sodomy there can be a tear of the anal sphincter or tear of the inner mucosa which can make the region vulnerable to infections. This in turn can result in infections and a whitish discharge.
