After a 3.1 walk for strides against breast cancer, I had terrible pain across the top of my feet. I had worn compression hose and god tennis shoes. Before removing the shoes I had no pain, but after removing te hose and shoes, I could not trust my feet to move and I hobbled hoding on as needed. After a good night s rest, the pain had decreased , but there was still pain. I could move without feeling the need to have support. I wore shoes that did not bind the top part of my feet. Thanks for any suggestions. Cathy Jacobs
