Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bleeding While Passing Stools
Hi, m a 20yrs old boy,1.3metres tall,60kgs in weight,very health i do not have any healthy problems before only that 6months later when i was passing out feaces i felt pain and i saw blood dripping down sometimes i feel pain whenever i go to the toilet,i have a small wound in my anus how can i treat it?sometimes it heals and starts again,please help me, im hassitating to go to toilet.

Dear hard stools or constipation may lead to abrasion of anal mucosa or fissure development which lead to bleeding.
Eat high fiber diet and regular exercise is useful.
Use syrp.cremaffin plus 30ml at night time for one week. Avoid straining during defecation. you can use lignocaine gel locally for pain. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
