Suggest Treatment For Pain And Blood While Urinating

I have blood in my urine, but have been tested for urinary tract and all other forms of bacteria, but no cultures come back. this has been going on for 3 months, i work in a doctors office so i use the urine strips and every time their is blood. i have some pain, hurts to urinate. please help! i am 38 and weigh 130
