Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation Around Anus

Hi doctor,
Past 1 year I have been suffering from bloating. Also I find mucus in my stool and poin while passing stool. Also my stool is very tight. I excrete in small amounts as pellets. Also I had irritation in my anus such as burning sensation.What may be the cause of my disease . My age is 23, height 153 cms, weight 50 kg.

I really appreciate your concern, the given abdomen symptoms and digestive symptoms could be due to infection and it could be intestinal infection such infection could be mix type of infection it could be bacteria and the protozoa playing the role.
Mix type of intestinal infection causes the digestive dysfunction (Dyspepsia) if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Ciprofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in day for three days.
It is advisable to avoid the fat containing diet, spicy food, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water.
