Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning While Urinating

I dont know what is exactly is wrong with me. I held my pee in for 10 mins, and when i shower, thats when i let it out. When water hit my pee area, it hurt. Then when i put soap on it, it burned. I touched the pee area, and it kind of hurt. When i pee it stung a little bit.

Understand your concern
I thin k you have
Urinary tract infections: cystitis, urethritis
Other cause may be: vaginal infections, dermatitis, vulvovaginitis.

Stone in urinary tract.
Please consult the urologist for exact diagnosis and get the following test:
Urine routine, microscopic and culture
CBC, ESR
Swab test for infection, cell culture, gram stain.
After diagnosis take proper treatment.
Advice:
Tablet septran
Tablet cetrizine
Tablet ibuprufen
Ointment clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose undergarments
Use liquid based lotion that contain vitamin and minerals
Do not delay in empty the bladder
Always empty the bladder completely
Always do urination after sexual intercourse
