Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You seem to have cervical spondylitis or nerve compression in the upper part of the spinal cord, and this leading to pain, tingling and numbness in the arms.
I suggest you to consult a neurologist to get properly examined, investigated with MRI and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
