Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Arm

I have a history of fatty mass growths,I had 1 remover in 2000 .I noticed some unusual pain on my left bicep around march ,since it has grown to the size of a almond.the pain shoots towards my forearm .I feel sick all of the time and have lost around 15 lbs.i have no strength,and hardly eat.It appeared about a week after I had a TB test,I also had some tattoo work done that week. my whole arm feels like it has fallen asleep.can you help?
