Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In The Leg

I have been tentatively been diagnosed with Radiculopathy, plexopathy, and neuropathy. I have had three MRI s which showed no stenosis or trapped nerves. I have had two EMG tests. The doctor stated the readings were all over the place and he cannot determine what the issues is. I have pain in both legs from the hip down. I feel pressure around my calf and feet. I occasionally have numbness in the legs and feet. Any thoughts? Medicine has not worked

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
As per your explanation I strongly suggest you should take omega 3 as it is anti inflammatory as well it forms the protecting layers on nerves also called as myelin sheeth. Along with this I suggest to take more of vitamin e since it's the fat soluble anti oxidant which can help for reducing as well stopping any on going degenerative process. As well also can take protein to support muscles. This will help even better when taken from natural sources and organic sources. This are not allopathic tablets but it's a supplement so will take some time to show result.
Along with this visit the physical therapist and take a good exercise program on stretching twisting and strenghtening your spinal muscle as well as nerves of lower limb. They may help you with some sort of modality treatment which will also be helpful.
Hope this was useful for you. Take care
