Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Toe

Right toe is numb, not ice cold to the touch, but feels like it is freezing. It hurts really bad and I can't move it. Top of foot is numb as well. I haven't injured either one. About six months ago, right leg goes numb on the outside between my hip and my knee... it is very painful and annoying
