Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movement In The Right Hand
I fell getting out of bed, caught myself with my right hand and arm resulting in what I think is a sprain or pull about two thirds up my upper arm (no shoulder pain) ...limited ability to lift or move my arm laterally with consistent pain. After 3 weeks, have improved in range but still have pain, esp at night.
