Suggest Treatment For Pain And Soreness In The Wrist

I ve been having pain/soreness in both wrists, only when I move them, front, back and forth or rotate them. My fingers feel the same way and my middle finger in my left hand pops when I flex it. I ve tried ibuprofen and is not working. I have also tried stretching it and nothing seems to work. I do not recall doing anything that might have caused it.

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.
After going through your query I came to know that you are having pain/soreness in both wrists, only when you move them, front, back and forth or rotate them. Your fingers feel the same way and your middle finger in your left hand pops when you flex it. I think you are suffering from rheumatoid arthritis .
So I advise you following tests to be done;-
1.Rheumatoid factor test.
2.ESR.
3. C reactive protein .
Till then treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals) for pain relief.
I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
