Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Knee Due To An Injury
Hi I was playing football Sunday and went in for a tackle and twisted my knee I continued to play for a further 60mns with alot of pain and eventually came off my knee is swollen and hot I can put pressure on it now but it seems weak and gives way.any advice thanks

The symptoms seem to be related to an injury. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the swelling. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. I recommend to elevate the area and maintain it immobilized to prevent further damage.
