Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Knee Joints

5 days ago, I heard a loud snapping sound & my knee buckled & I went right down to the floor. Since then, I have pain in & around that knee, & now my other knee is hurting in the same way. I have very little swelling. I feel as though my joints are being atta ked by something.

Hi,

It seems that you have damaged your ligaments or menisci in the knee joint.

I suggest an MRI of the knee ASAP.

In the meantime, you may take pain killers and a knee brace.
