Suggest Treatment For Pain And Weakness In Arns

im 56 years old feel very tired, and weak in my arms ,most my aches and pains are on my left side. some times I have twitches . like my head or neck will just jerk , sometimes my hands do.i feel light headed sometimes, I have pain in my left breast area, ive had a mammogram and I normal.

I think you should get your vitamin D3 levels as vitamin D3 deficiency is important cause of musculoskeletal pain.
