Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Breast Bone And Stomach Upset
Hi Doctor My daughter had her fall bladder removed 6 months ago n for the last 24 hours she has been dealing with stomach bug. Vomitting n dhirhrea. She s better but has real bad chest pains under neath her breast bone She complains it feels like her good is stuck n heavy What could this mean
It could also be possible that her gall bladder has been removed before 6 months then there is some issue with digestion which may also lead to diarrhea.
She must undergo routine blood count, electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen.
She will require antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with antiemetic, antispasmodics with prebiotics and probiotics.
There might be need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body.
You must take her to physician for immediate treatment.
Regards,
