Suggest Treatment For Pain In Breast Bone After An Injury
I took a fall last week and landed on the credenza below me, hitting the bone or muscle (not sure which is there) under my left breast. It is terribly painful for me to inhale (notice especially when trying to yawn) or exhale (trying to blow my nose for instance). What did I injure, muscle or bone or both?
You seem to have injured your rib, so first get an Xray done, and needs stripping with Dynaplast for 3 weeks. Keep your hands firmly on the site of injury while coughing or blowing your nose. Advice from an orthopaedic surgeon essential. First see the doctor.
