Suggest Treatment For Pain In Calf Muscles And Knee Area

Hi, I am experiencing pain in my calf muscles and the back of my knee area...probably because I wore heels yesterday after few months and had to walk some distance on them. Could you please suggest some light medication to suppress the pain. Thank you

Hello,

As this must be related to the inflammation of the origin of the muscles of the calf and landed this into DOMS. Doing hot water fermentation and allowing the knee to be rested over a pillow should be of advice. Having paracetamol will help reduce this pain. In 2-3 days of the time, you should have complete normalcy of muscle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
