Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head After An Injury

I was closing the door in a hurry and accidentally hit my head. I was fine afterwards, but I just got really nervous and paranoid. Last year, I was knocked to the ground while playing a sport and hit my head hard on the floor. I was dazed kind of, and went to the nurse. She thought i was fine, and I didn t have any other symptoms after that. I hit my head around 5 today and it s been about 4 hours. I m tired, but I was kind of tired before that anyway. When I touch my head it hurts lightly on the spot that I hit it (which is above my right temple) other than that, I m am just worried (which is normal for me)
