Suggest Treatment For Pain In Heel After An Injury

hi im 23 yrs old and i fell down the stairs last night. i landed hard on my heel there is little pain until i put pressure on it(walking around on the tip toes) Im not sure if i need to see a GP but its quite painfuill when i try to walk. is there anything i can do for it without seeing a doctor?
