Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knees While Walking

My question is whether or not I will have to have a total knee replacement. I am 65 and I weigh 320 pounds 5feet 6 inches would like to lose weight but it is very slow process I have lost 15 pounds my issue is difficulty walking my pain is helped with Advil and Mobic

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to osteoarthritis from excessive weight bearing. So weight loss will benefit you. Metformin therapy or liraglutide injections will be helpful in weight loss. Dieting also should be done. You can do the exercises which doesn't give tension to the joints also. A physical therapist will help you with this. If this is working then you can avoid a knee replacement.
