Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view, xray both knees standing in AP view done and send me the report.

I want to see the present condition of intervertebral discs, vertebrae and joint.

Till then take aceclofenac +thiocolchicoside three times a day, pregabalin at night by discussing it with your local doctor.

Apply hot packs for 3o mins in morning and evening, avoid pushing pulling of heavy objects.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
