Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Frequent Urination

I am 21(M). Iam feeling a lot of pain in my lower abdomen . Cannot contol it.. Its causing me for frequent urination.. I consulted a doctor he gave me some tablets .. LIkeRanitidine tablets,Hysocine Butybromide tablets and Disodium hydrogen citrate liquid.. and he told me to get scannned after 3 days .. PLEASE help iam feeling a lot of pain and i cannot tell my family about this
