Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Lower Back ,knee Joint And Leg

I am suffering from backache from the last 5 years .Doctor had diagnosed slip disc L4-L5 .now the things get worse .I have continuous pain in my lower back ,knee joint and nerve pain in my right leg .Doctor have now diagnosed degradation of discs,bilateral sacroiliitis ,bilateral mildly reduced knee joint space.

See what you write in your diagnosis are findings on various tests, they are not diagnosis, if your doctor says this is your diagnosis, then probably he didn't understand your problem. what is the cause of these symptoms is important, if your is due to age related changes than it is perfectly fine, but if not than its disturbing as it may be due to inflammatory arthritis, which will need urgent attention
