The pain in the outer part of your forearm is Tennis elbow.
The pain under the shoulder blade could be due to muscle spasm.
ULTRASOUND therapy for a week on your forearm will work very well provided you give some rest to your limbs this week.
Is your mattress comfortable enough ?
Take a muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside before you go to bed to ease the shoulder blade pain and change the mattress if required.
Good Luck !
