Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the Gynaset contains Norethisterone, which works as natural hormone progesterone for the female body. The pain in pelvic area is due to congestion in the ovaries, from absence of ovulation and menses.

As there is no menses over a period of 7 days of last dose of Gynaset, it would be preferable to go for withdrawal bleeding method by intake of:
@ Combined oral contraceptive pills for a period of 5 days on morning and evening basis; within days of last dose of the OC pills, you will start bleeding in terms of menstruation.
@ Additional molecules may be of consideration if the above measures fail to induce menses.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
