Suggest Treatment For Pain In Scrotum
I have had a lot of pain in scrotum area also lower back and lower stomach also pain it seems to be in bladder when urinating also a bit of a fever have noticed little bumps under the skin on head of penis just wondering what it may be have been taking a lot of pain relief am tired of this

Based on your description you seem to be having some obstruction in your urinary tract. possibly a stone. an ultrasound abdomen would help us lcalise the site of obstruction. Kindly get that done and once we know where it is I would be able to guide you on the treatment.
