Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach And Vomiting Sensation

Hello Doc, i am 29 years old, 56.5 KG, 175cm. for the last 5-6 months i have been suffering from gastric and acidity problems. more times my stomach feels full, pains a little sometimes, vomiting tendency. i cannot eat or do nothing for 1-2 days, all the day in the house. i lost 6 KG's in 8 months & feel weak more times. i have done the following tests and they all come good.
P.Glucose, S.Alt, S.Creatinine, Urine, T4, TSH, HBS Ag, & also USG, but did not do stool test. i am worried what i can possibly do in order to feel well.

Your query being appreciated, I have gone through the history given here and I could say that it could be upper GI pathologies of course it is associated with hyperacidity but as long as the pain and vomiting is concern it has to be looked for some abdomen disease like biliary disease, ulcer condition, and to rule this out, needs some basic investigations, till the you can continue or start the PPI (Proton pump inhibitors ) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day is drug of choice, hope this information helps.
