Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach And Watery Stools During Pregnancy

I am 11 weeks pregnant. 27 years old. I have been having cramps this while week like I was having Diarrhea. My stool was very soft and yellowish. And today The pain got worse it was more like diarrhea. dark green. My stomach still hurts. The pain is not really in the intestines, its in my stomach, and I am passing water. Very clear with what seems to be pieces of tissue. My next doctor appointment is this Friday. Can I wait? How serious is it. What can I take. I don't want to hurt my baby.
