Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Abdomen

Hi I am a 25 year old female, lately i'be been feeling a pain in my entire buttocks area as if I am having a bowel movement. Then I would go and sit on the toilet & nothing happens, turns out am really not having a bowel movement. Pain is getting unbearable. Please help!
