Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Throat And Swallowing Difficulty

My throat feels bruised and it hurts to swallow even to talk! The pain starts at my tonsals down to my collar bone. I'm not coughing or have a stuffy or runny nose. Help I am 22 5 ft 3in and 125 pounds female. Don't really have any besides Allergies n sinus infections

You are having pharyngitis infection as per history.
For that decongestant like phenylephrine can be prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Drink more water. Posterior pharynx examination also should be done. If no improvement than throat swab taken for culture. If congestion in posterior pharynx more than diluted Betadine gargle can be prescribed.
