Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Gout is one of the major reason of such joint pain. If even after having febuxostat you are having such problem then I shall advise you to consult to your doctor specially a rheumatologist. You should also have routine blood examination to assess your serum uric acid levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
