Suggest Treatment For Pain In Toe After An Injury

I have injured my little toe badly and have taped, iced, and elivated. Is there a pain reliever I can take that will not interact with my heart medications (ibuprophen is a no). Tylenol is ok but I am concerned with taking it too much. Is there another home-treatment I can try?
