Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Chest After An Injury

had a car accident, bruised on side, upper chest area. Very sore, hurts to cough or take a deep breath. The pain is constant but worse when I take a deep breath. Its not the breast, but under the breast in my lung or heart area. I thought it would ease up and go away but its not. Its been 2 weeks

I am sure you have been assessed after RTA chest x ray done to rule out any bony fracture on internal pulmonary injury.
Treatment:
-Wear CHEST BINDER as per the size .Wear it moment you are out your bed.You need to wear while driving/travelling.
-Deep Breathing Exercises 1 Set with 10 repetition.
-Local Analgesic cream on the chest--> Vollini Gel 2-3 times/day.
-Pain killer medication ie Tab Dolo 650 mg BD 2-3 days , Tab Chymorol Forte 1X BD-5 Days.
-Muscle Relaxant Tab Myoril 4mg BD 3 Days
