have had a small pain at the base of my back/ stroke top of my bottom for about 3 weeks now. Thought it was too much sitting on exercise bike however have now left that alone for 1 week and still no better.
sometimes feels like it is inside of bottom.
toilets habits not changed but do suffer with ibs.

Possible relation with muscular, ligament or coccyx tip bone related issue must be evaluated precisely with consultant surgeon.
Primary relief with hot water fomentation, analgesic, prefer ring to sit and avoiding pressure over the part will be fine.
