Suggest Treatment For Pain On Bending Knee

I feel some pain when I fully bend my knee. It fells like I am stretching the tendons and they are to tight. Also if is sit with bent knees, I feell stiffness when getting up. Sitting with knees up causes no stiffness. Once I walk a few steps everything seems fine.

you haven't mentioned your age, build etc which are also equally important, what I feel from your query is that you are around 40 + and getting into early osteoarthritis. so avoid bending your knees or sitting cross legged, use commode, also try Tab. pirox DT twice daily for a week. if pain doesn't subside go for a shot of Inj. kenacort 40 mg intra articular. you should be ok for at least a year
