Suggest Treatment For Pain On Left Side Of Back Area
I feel from about 3 feet and landed on my back about a month ago,the pain has gotten better but still hurts to do certain things...sitting or laying certain ways,carrying things etc. it hurts mostly on the left side towards the middle-top of my back by my spine,feels like muscle pain but maybe I m wrong i don t know.

It seems that there might be having some muscle strain producing spasm giving this problem till to date.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine for few days.
Apply analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
