Your symptoms are suggestive to lumbar nerve root impingement.go for postural training and physiotherapy exercises if that doesn't help get a MRI done to find out the exact location of impingement and based on that you can consult a pain physician for selective nerve root blocks or epidural steroid injections. Your symptoms will be resolved with these measures but if they still persist consider a operative solution after consulting a spine surgeon.
