Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an abscess in the tailbone. I suggest to drainage the abscess at a surgeon office.

I also suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics such as Augmentin twice a day for a week.

I recommend to clean the abscess daily with hydrogen peroxide and cover it with an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
