Suggest Treatment For Painful And Burning Urination

I am a young man of 39 years. I have some urinary track infections. In most cases, before and during urine, I have terrible inflammatory, burning and peppery feelings. There is also something like an insect or crab ( I dont know) that seems to crawl up and down in my urinary track, biting me every now and then.



I am also experiencing terribly week erection and quick ejaculation. What drug will you recommend and other steps to take. Note that I have used many drugs before like ampiclox etc and gone for many tests. I shall highly appreciate your timely response. Thank you.

- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water , organic citrus

- More time in foreplay to sustain ejaculation .
- Antibiotics according to the urine culture only .
- Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis is a must step to be taken .
