Suggest Treatment For Painful And Frequent Urination

hi, i got a uti 3 weeks ago for the first time, it was itchy a little bit in my testicles but when away pretty fast, after 4 days of antibiotics i felt good again but not quite perfect, two weeks later it started to hurt when i pee and i peed quite often but no itchiness, i just finished my 8 day treatment of antibiotics but i dont feel perfect im a 18 year old male

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible reason there is a residual underlying Urinary infection.

I strongly recommend taking urine culture report and get perfect antibiotic assistance accordingly, along with ultrasound of abdomen KUB to rule out any underlying calculus pathology.
