Suggest Treatment For Painful And Heavy Menstruation

My menstruation is always painful & flows with clots. It normally flows after 25 and 26 days, but in some months after 10, 14, 18 days, which is suppose to be my ovulation period, instead it starts flowing again, and spots for days before the flow fully starts. I don t even know my ovulation period symptoms. Please is it normal ? And if no, what is the cause , and treatment for it? Thanks Opu-ine Young

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation is needed to find out what exactly is causing the symptoms.
