Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Joint Of Index Finger Knuckle

I have swelling and pain on the first joint of my index finger knuckle. If it were my big toe , I would say it were a bunion . I think it is from my job clicking the mouse of my computer. Is there a hand brace or anything I can do alleviate and fix this problem.

You may do hot water application (fomentation ) along with rest and ibuprofen will help.Avoid constant typing and take a break in between.
