Suggest Treatment For Painful External Piles

I have external piles, with outgrowth that is painful. I tried water bath treatment, but no relief. I have bleeding piles for more than 10 years. Recently external outgrowth developed, does not go inside. Undergoing ayurvedic treatment, but no relief. Do not want to undergo operation.

Respected User, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*According to your narration it seems 3rd degree Hemorrhoids, in which
internal hemorrhoids prolapse outside & then don`t go inside back due to
tissue oedema.
*Only external hemorrhoid per se is not going to give severe symptoms
ranging from pain to bleeding which is actually asymptomatic sentinel tag.
*Temporarily you can follow certain steps at home along with Hot Hip bath
but final line of treatment has to be decided after clinical examination of
Proctoscopy dear.
@ Avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs.
@ have plenty of liquids, green leafy vegetables, cereals , fiber, fruits to
have smooth bowels and if necessary Isabghula husk .
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if any.
@ Can take analgesic tab. mor & eve. after meals for pain relief temporarily.
