Suggest Treatment For Painful Hips

I have bursitis in my shoulder, I now have the same pain in my hips. I have done physical therapy, cortisone shots, and take anti inflammatory meds. I m 33, type one diabetic, 5 2 110 lbs. very healthy and in shape, but can t get any relief from these pains.

are you taking cortisone shots regularly ?? which intervals ? and anti inflamatory for how much long ? are you taking alcohol ?? all these factor may lead to Avscular necrosis of Hip joints. you are advise to go for MRI of both hip joint or Bone Scan to rule out this pathology..
