Suggest Treatment For Painful Intercourse After Diverculum Surgery

I am a 19 year old female who was diagnosed with urethral diverticulum in December of 2009. Since then I have undergone 2 surgeries to remove the diverticulum and 6 weeks post operative another diverticulum has occurred. The surgeries were done trans-vaginally both times. What should be my next step in solving this issue? The diverticulum causes me severe pain, pain during sexual intercourse, frequent and urgent urination, and frequent urinary tract infections.
