Hi... i have a knee join problem.. actually last month i did dance suddenly i heard a sound in my knee right side....that was so painful sound....nd i consult a dr. But no improvement.. i hv very problem to do any work....like sitting.. yoga...walk... plz suzzd me what i to do...

After going through your query I think You are suffering from osteoarthritis of knee . Analgesics such as diclofenac slow release tablets is helpful in pain relief. Diacerine and glucosamine sulfate protect cartilage from breakdown and help in cartilage regeneration. But as you go it during dance it can be meniscus injury which can be seen by MRi.
