dr, I am. 47 yrs old woman . I have been suffering with painful periods 4 years back and in 2012 , I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids of 1 cm each three in number and a bigger one with 2.5 cm. A cluster of simple cysts in my right breast. Since my pulse went up above 100 after giving local anaesthetic. solution for root canal treatment , I could not undergo surgery fearing of anaesthesia risk. Now I am monitored for two years, but after eights there was calcification in one of the fibroids , but with no rapid increase in size and cluster of dimple cysts turned into a single cyst after 8 months of my first diagnosis in 2012 august and after 4 months the single cyst turned into complex cyst with thin septation . I was referred to breast cosmetic surgeon , she said nothing to worry as I am nearing menopause .since USG and mammo were done in 2012 , they want me to take a mammogram again now . Is that mammogram in 2012 turned the simple cyst into complex cyst as they took twice since the picture was not clear. ? I would like to hear your suggestion and opinion for further diagnosis and is there any way yo prevent further serious complications or surgery is the only option or new fibroid treatment with ultra sound is worth? Please help me Doctor?
